Welcome to www.urbandomuslodges.com, owned by Domus di Vincenzo Scarano, your portal for booking rooms for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. By using our site and booking a room, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
Definitions
Domus di Vincenzo Scarano: the owner of the site and the manager of the facilities available for overnight stays.
Kross Booking: a third party that collaborates with Domus di Vincenzo Scarano for managing reservations.
Direct Contacts: All communications, including bookings, must be made directly with the owner through the contacts provided on our site.
Services Offered
We offer short-term room rentals in a Bed & Breakfast mode, with the possibility to book directly online through our portal.
Reservations
Reservations can be made directly on our site, following the indicated procedure. At the end of the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions for check-in and the necessary documents.
Please follow all the steps indicated during the booking carefully. Failing to complete any step may render the booking invalid and result in the loss of the right to the room.
Rates and Taxes
All amounts indicated on our site and the booking portal include applicable taxes, except for the tourist tax of €6/night per person (children under 10 years are exempt).
Rates for any additional services are explicitly indicated during the booking procedure.
Online Check-in
24/7 Access: after completing the online check-in, you will have access to your room and the common areas whenever you wish, starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Remember that during the online check-in, you must enter the data of the required documents, as per classic physical check-in.
The Online Check-in service is free of charge.

Physical Check-in
There is also the possibility to perform a physical check-in at our hall, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
N.B. Rooms will be available from 3:00 PM.
The Physical Check-in service is free on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Late Physical Check-in
If you arrive at the facility after 3:00 PM or on a holiday and wish to adopt the physical check-in, you must contact the facility and request it.
The Late Physical Check-in service is subject to a fee.
Check-out
The check-out time from the rooms is strictly 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
User Responsibility
During the booking, you fully accept the usage policies of the facility, including the schedules and responsibility for any damages caused during the stay.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy and security are important to us. We invite you to read our Privacy Policy for detailed information on the processing of your personal data.
Limitations of Liability
You fully accept the conditions of stay and the policies for claiming damages, as indicated on our site and on the booking page.
Competent Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in front of the Court of Rome.
